Amy Desender is the relationship manager responsible for TD Insurance's partnership with the Alberta Medical Association.

She moved to Alberta after graduating from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science and a major in computer science. Early in her career, in 2007, Amy joined TD Bank Group, where she gained diverse experience in commercial banking and managing complex client relationships in the payment and fintech space.

In January 2022, she joined TD Insurance as the western Canada market lead for the Affinity Market Group (AMG) spanning Manitoba to British Columbia. She is responsible for the retention and growth of our AMG partners and delivers this with a focus on driving their alumni/member engagement and satisfaction.

Amy is known for her customer-centric focus, professionalism and commitment to excellence as demonstrated by her many service awards over the years. She is eager to build upon the success of our long-standing partnership with the Alberta Medical Association, which dates back to January 1984.

In her free time, you can find Amy on Chestermere Lake wake-surfing or enjoying the outdoors with her family and dog.
