Dr. Erica Dance is an emergency physician and clinical professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Alberta. Dr. Dance practices emergency medicine at the Royal Alexandra Hospital and Northeast Community Health Centre in Edmonton.

In addition to clinical medicine, she has an interest in physician health, advocacy, and dispute resolution. Dr. Dance started working with the Alberta Medical Association in 2022 as the Clinical and Program Co-Director of the Physician and Family Support Program where she coordinates the program’s clinical services and educational offerings which support physicians in Alberta.
