Jenny Krahn is a second-year medical student at the Cumming School of Medicine where she is inspired by intelligent, hard-working, creative classmates and insightful and engaged faculty members.

Before returning to school, Jenny led the Haskayne School of Business’s first major research centre, the Canadian Centre for Advanced Leadership in Business. As faculty, she contributed to the cutting-edge international global energy executive MBA (GEEMBA) in design and delivery.

Krahn holds a PhD in engineering (project leadership) and advised project and organizational leaders engaged in planning, alignment/partnering, and project leadership, also areas of focus in her research. Her teaching integrated project leadership transitions across programs in business (GEEMBA, EMBA, MBA, BComm, executive education), engineering (masters of engineering), and medicine (masters of biomedical technology).

Jenny was recognized by Calgary’s Top 40 Under 40 and has received university and business school awards. Jenny’s new med school life is supported by her husband and four great kids.
