Maurice Dransfeld is the leader of the McLennan Ross Labour & Employment Practice Group in the Edmonton Office. He has extensive experience focusing on management-side labour and employment issues.

Maurice represents and advises employers on a variety of issues, including wrongful dismissal, terminations, human rights, employment standards, workers’ compensation and privacy matters. He also provides organizational advice regarding employment agreements, policies and labour relations, and strategic guidance on the day-to-day management of the company.
