Whitney Ereyi-Osas is a first-year medical student at the University of Calgary’s Cumming School of Medicine. She recently completed her bachelor of health sciences honors degree at the University of Calgary with a major in health and society, concentrating in sociology and minoring in women’s studies. Her research background includes community engagement, immigrant and refugee health, adverse childhood experiences, and maternal and child health. She currently sits on the University of Calgary’s Canadian Medical Students Association as the vice-president of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
