Jodi Glassford is the Chair of the Quality Referral Evolution (QuRE) Working Group, which is a collaboration between family physicians, surgical and medical sub-specialties, the University of Alberta, University of Calgary, and Alberta Health Services’ Access Improvement Team to improve referral/consultation communications.
Through the development of resources, training and workshops, the QuRE working group is supporting providers and patients to have more effective closed-loop communication during the referral/consultation process.
