Dr. John Latter is a retired physiatrist and a professor emeritus with the Department of Clinical Neurosciences and Pediatrics at the Cumming School of Medicine at the University of Calgary. Dr. Latter is involved with the City of Calgary and several not-for-profit groups in initiatives that strive to improve accessibility issues for Albertans.
