Felicia Deng is a medical student at the University of Calgary and previously studied Biomedical Sciences in the U of C’s Bachelor of Health Sciences program. As the junior Government Affairs and Advocacy Committee (GAAC) representative for Calgary medical students, she is involved organizing political involvement initiatives and is glad for the opportunity to explore the intersection between health and advocacy alongside fellow students who are passionate about promoting positive change.
