Dr. Onome Ogona is a family physician practicing in Calgary.  She grew up in Nigeria and did her medical and family medicine training in London, UK. She has journalled since her teens and believes writing is a great tool to help understand our relationship with the world and ourselves. When she is not working, she loves to read and spend time exploring the outdoors with her family.
