Patrick Sweet is a Safety Codes Officer in the Building Division of the City of Calgary. During his undergrad degree in philosophy at the University of Calgary, Patrick worked part-time in homes assisting people with developmental disabilities. This experience, combined with the cross-disability, lived experience perspective that he has gained from working with members of the City of Calgary Advisory Committee on Accessibility, has helped inform his work as a Safety Codes Officer.
