Tory Hibbitt focuses her practice on a variety of commercial litigation matters including professional liability and health litigation. She also practices insurance law and has conducted research into the emerging area of cannabis law.
Tory is passionate about medical law and ethics, a subject area in which she completed her Master of Laws. She has written papers and presented on various matters related to medical law, and was a recipient of the Stantander/Ethics and Society scholarship – an award to study intensive courses in Theories and Applications in Contemporary Ethics at Fordham University in New York.
Tory was also Second Chair on an intensive and complex four week personal injury trial, Petz v. Duguay ABQB 0090, in which she assisted in successfully defending the insurance company. She strives to provide clients with efficient and effective solutions to complex litigation disputes.
